June 4–7, 2026 in the village of Milia, Metsovo
Facilitated by Georgia Aroni and Elli Kita
A call to pause, listen to ourselves and others, attune to the landscape, and surrender to the experience of Authentic Movement.
This retreat is addressed to anyone wishing to connect with their body and self. It is also designed for therapists, artists, and educators, and is open to individuals with or without prior experience.
The core of this encounter will be the practice of Authentic Movement, during which three elements weave the experience together: the mover, the witness, and the emerging relationship between them. The roles of the witness and the mover will be explored in various structures, alongside nature-connection exercises. Practice cultivates a non-judgmental attitude and offers experiences in both movement and observation, as well as verbal and reflective processes
