EMBODIED LEARNING
My work is informed from the fields of dance-movement therapy, Authentic Movement, the creative arts, and trauma-informed approaches, operating the intersection of therapeutic, artistic and academic frameworks.
Over recent years, I have actively engaged in international collaborations, experiential workshops, and educational programmes, centered on the body, movement and creative inquiry.
I deeply believe that, especially for educators and healthcare professionals, cultivating a connection with their own embodied experience in relation to others, is a fundamental pillar for both personal and professional growth.
Since 2021, I have been working at the University of Luxembourg (Department of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences), where I co-design and teach a course integrating embodied and creative approaches into social work practice. The course focuses on enhancing creativity, empathy, reflexivity and non verbal communication through movement and the expressive arts.
Additionally, I have facilitated groups of postgraduate dance-movement therapy students, at SRH University Heidelberg, supporting the deepening of their clinical practice, and the cultivation of their creativity.
Alongside my academic activity, I teach Authentic Movement, and create workshops and seminars for professionals, educators and anyone interested in exploring the body, movement, and creative expression.
